RULES FOR THE STOCK & ARCHIVE SALE

Dear customer – we're looking forward to welcoming you to our warehouse sale!

To ensure everyone has a good experience, please read our rules before you shop.

Prices and payment

The price shown to you at checkout is the applicable price.
Customers are always asked to check and confirm prices and quantities themselves before paying.
Prices may vary from day to day, as different discounts are given on an ongoing basis.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or signage, but will always charge the price shown at checkout.
Payment can be made by card, MobilePay, and cash.
Always check your receipt before leaving the checkout. Once you've left the checkout, it's the next customer's turn.

Receipt

Packing and checking

Our staff pack and register the items, but it's your own responsibility to check that everything is correct. This ensures you receive all your items, and that staff can work quickly and efficiently.
Always check that you've received all your items before leaving the checkout.

Complaints and exchanges

As this is a warehouse sale, no right of withdrawal applies.
Complaints are handled according to the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act and require a valid receipt.
We do not offer exchanges if, for example, you've changed your mind about a color.

Missing item or incorrect price

If you experience an overcharge, price confusion, or a missing item, please mention it at checkout. Keep in mind that prices can vary at different times, so your friend, sister, or brother may have bought the same type of item at a different price.
Our checkout staff are trained in product categories and pricing to ensure consistent handling, but in case of an error, we will of course look into the matter further.

Queue and waiting time

There may be queues and busy periods, so thank you for your patience and understanding.
Our staff do their best to help everyone quickly and kindly.

Selection and discounts

The selection varies from day to day. There may be differences in sizes, colors, and quantities, so you're of course welcome both Saturday and Sunday.
Daily discounts may occur, so prices may change throughout the sale period.
We cannot guarantee that all items will be available all day.
